EPRA is pleased to inform you that the official BOP (40/23) has been published by Dip.Almeria which details the new livestock activity Ordinance as previously indicated by Partaloa Ayuntamiento.

This ordinance comes into force legally 15 days after this BOP, dated 12th January 2023.

As previously stated the limitations of building a chicken factory within 1km of existing housing has now invalidated the proposal (or acceptance) for a warehouse to hold up to 40,000 broiler chickens on Poligono 7, plot #132 in Piedra Amarilla, Partaloa.
